High-quality electronic ballast for UV lamps

 

The company produces electronic ballast products in five series:UBCUBWUBVUBD and UBN.

UBC , UBW and UBV series products are all input voltage 90-265V . Frequency 50/60HE AC power supply, UBC series constant output power, nominal value from 50W to 320W . UBW series products can be controlled by the control port on the ballast and adjusted with an external potentiometer to realize the control of the illuminance of the UV lamp. The UBV series products use 0-10V DC power supply to realize the control of the illuminance of the UV lamp. The nominal output power of the two series products ranges from 150W to 320W . The output power adjustment range of each variety can be adjusted to about 30% of the nominal value, and different models of UV lamps are slightly different.

The above 3 series of products all use special ballast control integrated circuits to meet the start-up characteristics of UV lamps and ensure smooth start-up and safe, stable and reliable operation of the lamps.

In order to suppress radio frequency interference and line conduction interference, it is equipped with electromagnetic compatibility circuit, and adopts zero voltage switching ( ZVS ) technology, as well as power factor active compensation circuit, filament preheating soft start circuit, lamp disconnection protection and lamp can not start protection, etc. The technical performance parameters of this series of products meet the following indicators.

A normal working status indicator (green light on) and a fault protection status indicator (red light on) are installed on the front of the ballast. An ultra-small high-power relay is installed inside the ballast to provide users with a pair of normally closed and normally open contacts, which are led out from the terminals on the ballast. Switchable voltage AC277V/DC30V, switchable current 10A, switchable power AC2770VA/DC300VA.

UBN series products can be powered by AC 110V or 220V. Since APFC circuit is not configured, the allowable input voltage variation range is only ±10% of the nominal value, and the output power also varies with the input voltage. The filament preheating soft-start circuit is not configured. It is suitable for the occasion of low power instant start UV lamp. The product has load open circuit and short circuit protection functions, and its advantages are low price and small size. See UB220N product list for technical parameters.

UBD series products are input 12V or 24V DC power supply, and the output power is from 4W to 36W. This series of products adopts square high-frequency self-excited oscillator circuit. No preheat delay soft-start circuit, only suitable for instant start UV lamps. There are input voltage polarity reverse protection circuit, load open circuit and short circuit protection functions.
