R&D history and achievements
In the more than 20 years of "Aerospace Hongda", he has been the head of the research and development organization of the enterprise. The large-scale project in charge is of high technical content, and the difficulty is no less than that of military products; it is more challenging.
In 1998, he led the team to complete the "Gallium Arsenide Single Crystal Horizontal Growth System", and successfully transferred technology to "AXT Crystal Corporation", a high-tech company listed in Silicon Valley, USA, and obtained the first pot of gold in entrepreneurship;
In 2000, he led the team to complete the development of the "motor controller", which was exported to the United States in small batches, creating the achievement of "300 sets of use for 3 years, and the repair rate is zero".
In 2001, it completed the development of "logging inclination precision gyroscope" and successfully demonstrated and applied it in Zhongyuan Oilfield. It has achieved good results and filled the domestic blank. Its accuracy and performance have reached the domestic leading and international advanced level, and achieved " Continuous testing" (not implemented in the US).
Since 2003, he has devoted himself to the research of ultraviolet technology.
In 2004, he was in charge of and completed the principle prototype design of "ultraviolet radiation light cleaning machine", and obtained the invention patent authorization in 2006.
In 2005, he presided over the design and development of the first special ultraviolet light source test production line.
In 2006, he was in charge of and completed the overall design of "Vacuum Ultraviolet Spectrometer", which provided scientific support for the research of ultraviolet technology, and filled the blank of "Vacuum Ultraviolet Band" detection instruments in the field of "electric light source".
In 2006, the optical plasma air purifier series was successfully developed.
In 2007, an experimental base - "Ultraviolet Technology Research Institute" was established.
In 2008, the UV core component light source and special power supply were successfully developed (a few watts to 300 watts), and the technical indicators took the lead in China and caught up with the international advanced level.
In 2009, the "special UV light source special production line" was successfully developed.
2In 2010, the "ultraviolet radiation oil fume purification system" was successfully developed.
In 2011, the core technology design plan of "Ship Ballast Water Treatment System" was completed, and the key equipment and core components achieved phased results. (Due to funding problems, this project is used as a technical reserve).
In 2013, some products developed and produced were exported to Europe and the United States;
In 2018, we developed special light sources for well-known domestic enterprises, and obtained batch orders after one pass.
In 2019, the trial production of xenon lamps required by a domestic fab has achieved phased results. Completed the research and development of the new optical plasma purifier.
For decades, he has participated in and in charge of a number of large-scale complex system projects and key research topics, and has exercised his overall program design ability, command technology research ability, and technical organization and coordination ability. I have rich engineering experience and strong hands-on ability.
